Management Committee of the Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities (Arts Fund)

The Management Committee (MC) oversees the use of grants disbursed under the Arts Fund, advises on the investment strategies of the Arts Fund and allocates grants. A Grants Sub-committee (GSC) has been set up under the MC to assist the latter in vetting applications, recommending the amount of grants and allocating grants according to the pre-determined criteria.

Terms of Reference

The terms of reference of the MC are –

1. to oversee the use of grants disbursed under the Arts Fund;
2. to advise on the investment strategies of the Arts Fund;
3. to examine the applications for and advise on the approval of the Arts Fund; and
4. to review and refine guidelines for assessing applications for the Arts Fund in the light of experience and changing circumstances.
