Traffic Accident Victims Assistance Advisory Committee
This is an advisory body to the Director of Social Welfare on all matters related to the administration of the Traffic Accident Victims Assistance Scheme and the Traffic Accident Victims Assistance Fund. The Committee is chaired by a non-official appointed by the Chief Executive and consists mainly of non-officials.
Terms of Reference
The terms of reference of the TAVA Advisory Committee are to advise the Director of Social Welfare on:
- all matters connected with the administration of the TAVA Scheme; and
- the administration of the TAVA Fund.
