The Social Welfare Services Lump Sum Grant Subvention Manual (October 2024) has come into effect on 1 October 2024. Non-governmental organisations receiving subvention are required to provide related services in accordance with the revised Manual from that day.

Application for the 2024-25 Lotteries Fund (LF) Block Grant (BG)
We issued letters through email 18 December 2023 to invite Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs) operating subvented welfare services to apply for the 2024-25 LF BG. For details, please refer to the LF Manual (January 2022) and our invitation letter of 18 December 2023.
Completed application forms should be submitted by fax (fax no: 2151 0573) or by hand/ post on or before 5 January 2024. Late application will not be accepted. Soft copies of the invitation letter and the application form can be downloaded below. No hard copies will be issued separately.
