Performance Assessment

Under the Service Performance Monitoring System, the service performance of subvented units are subject to the following assessment:

Self-Assessment

A service operator is required to submit an annual assessment report to SWD after conducting a self-assessment on the service performance of the subvented unit(s), in accordance with the standards of the ESRs, OSs/OCs and SQSs. In case of any non-compliance or under-performance, the service operator is required to submit an action plan.

Performance Assessment

SWD conducts performance assessment visits to assess compliance of the service units against the terms of Funding and Service Agreements, including Essential Service Requirements and the implementation of Service Quality Standards.
