| Objectives | With a view to promoting caring values, enhancing cohesion in the community and positive psychology to residents of Tseung Kwan O (South) district, Wong Tai Sin and Sai Kung District Social Welfare Office together with the Network has launched the “Recognition Scheme of Good Persons & Good Deeds” (the Scheme) since 2012. The Scheme was expanded to the whole Sai Kung district in 2013. |
