Consultancy Study on the Long-term Development of Child Care Services

In December 2016, the Social Welfare Department commissioned the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of The University of Hong Kong (the Consultant Team) to conduct a "Consultancy Study on the Long-term Development of Child Care Services" (the Study). The Study looks into the overall provision of day child care services in Hong Kong and advises on the long-term development of child care services.

The Consultant Team furnished the Final Report on the Study in November 2018 and has put forward a series of recommendations to improve the quality and quantity of child care services in Hong Kong.
