Online Platform for Residential Care Homes for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities

This Department has launched the Online Platform for Residential Care Homes (RCHs) for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities (the Online Platform) to digitalise services for licence applications and home operation related tasks of Residential Care Homes for the Elderly and Residential Care Homes for Persons with Disabilities.  Registered users of the RCHs may submit different types of licence applications and forms for home operation related tasks, collect e-licences and enquire on the progress of licence application through electronic means, thus reducing RCHs’ submission time and ease the administrative burden.  The Online Platform also provides a convenient communication channel for RCHs to receive instant information from the Department.
