NGOs' Annual Financial Reports

In accordance with the Lump Sum Grant Manual, NGOs shall make available to the public their Annual Financial Reports (AFRs) (Note1) to enhance transparency and public accountability on use of public funds. The relevant hyperlinks or their copies are listed in the table below -

Note 1: The AFR submitted by an NGO to the Social Welfare Department (SWD) is prepared on cash-accounting basis in respect of all Funding and Service Agreement (FSA) activities (including support services to FSA activities) funded by SWD under the Lump Sum Grant Subvention System, which is not the audited financial statements of the NGO concerned as a whole.
