ContentTo echo the “Care the Carers Campaign” of Social Welfare Department,  Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District Social Welfare Office has composed a theme song namely "Cheer Up", and produced a music video on the theme song in collaboration with the District’s Working Group members of “Care the Carers Campaign” and service users / carers to call on community support for carers.

Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District Social Welfare Office is actively fostering the incorporation of seven positive habits among residents through a series of activities.  These habits encompass: 1) Boost Stress Resilience, 2) Practise Self-love, 3) Create an Enriched Life with Creativity, 4) Develop Strengths, 5) Cultivate Gratitude, 6) Summon Inner Courage, and 7) Seek Meaning which foster a positive mindset and a meaningful sense of well-being.

Through parent-child dancing activities, women can be aware of and learn to respond to their own and their children's emotions, thus relieving their stress and strengthening their relationships with children.

Participate in parent-child creative dance and learn to express feelings through body movements

 

Remarks:  Participants need not have dance experience
                 Light clothing and socks are required during the activity
