ContentTo echo the “Care the Carers Campaign” of Social Welfare Department,  Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District Social Welfare Office has composed a theme song namely "Cheer Up", and produced a music video on the theme song in collaboration with the District’s Working Group members of “Care the Carers Campaign” and service users / carers to call on community support for carers.

Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District Social Welfare Office is actively fostering the incorporation of seven positive habits among residents through a series of activities.  These habits encompass: 1) Boost Stress Resilience, 2) Practise Self-love, 3) Create an Enriched Life with Creativity, 4) Develop Strengths, 5) Cultivate Gratitude, 6) Summon Inner Courage, and 7) Seek Meaning which foster a positive mindset and a meaningful sense of well-being.
